India’s second Ducati Showroom, in Gurgaon.

New Delhi, India: Having signed a distribution agreement with Precision Motor India Private Limited and Radiant Motorcycles, and following on from the opening of the first Ducati Store in Mumbai, Ducati continues to impact on the Indian market.

On Friday 18th December, and in the presence of a very special guest, India’s second Ducati show room was officially opened for business.

Nicky Hayden, Ducati’s factory rider in the MotoGP Championship, was invited to inaugurate the Ducati Store in Gurgaon, one of the most dynamic and modern districts of the Indian capital. There to welcome Nicky was Ashish Chordia, CEO of Precision Motor India Private Limited, a big Ducati fan who was therefore very happy to have the 2006 MotoGP World Champion present for the event.

2009 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Launching In India

Suzuki Motorcycle India is planning to enter the new segment of bikes, with entry level motorcycles and is also panning to introduce the new Suzuki GSX-R 1000cc super bike well-known as Gixxer.

Suzuki is on the venture of importing its 1000cc GSX-R and other two models Hayabusa and Intruder (@Rs12.5 lakh) which have found the sale tune of 150 units in the last 10 months.

Whether or not this smacks of some rightly deserved aloofness will be up to you: Essentially, Suzuki perceived the task of crafting its new liter-class missile as a challenge in delivering a bike with the performance to exceed “… its biggest rival – the current GSX-R.”

Kawasaki Ninja 250R Launched In India

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R (previous generations had market-specific names) is a sport motorcycle originally introduced by Kawasaki Motors in 1983. As the marque’s entry-level sportbike, it has proven to be a top seller, continuously experiencing double-digit sales growth.

It is a popular machine with novices and experienced riders alike, renowned for its light handling, good fuel economy, and comfortable riding posture. The motorcycle has undergone few changes throughout its quarter-century lifetime, having received only two substantial redesigns.

The bike has been a major success across the globe for its combination of practicality, ease of use, excellent look and design. It has a four valve per cylinder, liquid cooled parallel twin engine, which churns out 33PS of power at almost 11,000 rpm.

After Months of speculation about the Kawasaki Ninja bike, the wait is finally over. The internal launch took place on October 5, with the dealer launch on October 6 and the bike will be publicly launched on October 7.
